Zara continues to delve into chic punk territory, better exploring the phrase I coined to describe my own personal style. Classic, sophisticated pieces are paired with sexy studded jackets and shirts. I really can't get enough of Zara, I'm about to offer myself up to work for free, or maybe clothes!
Recent editorials have straight up jacked Lana Del Rey's infamous "Nancy Sinatra meets Gangsta' girl" steez, so I'm pretty happy to see somebody actually giving the girl (and her people, obvi) some credit.

I've been watching uber curly locks creep into my view from editorials for a couple of months now. I am absolutely convinced that this will be the next big hair trend. Getting a perm hasn't been cool since the original members of Guns 'N Roses toured together and it's also a 180 from the stringy ombre looks of this past year. Get your disco pants on girls, its time to party!

Since we are almost upon the eve of my big summer vacation I thought it was appropriate to share some of my personal styling inspiration. A commonly overlooked type of ensemble to style is the swimsuit, and it happens to be my favorite thing to do. I am still obsessing over these acrylic flower jewelry pieces. They are so perfect paired with a teeny bikini and a bold bangle.
For their summer 2012 collection Free People have debuted a new line of 'occasion' dresses, that will be just perfect for any of those summer soirees and weddings you have planned. I'm particularly fond of that navy blue sequin jumpsuit though, I would love to take it to Las Vegas with me ;)
